How can I cancel my booking?

Claire -

To cancel your booking please click on the 'My booking' button on the top right hand side of the website, then enter your booking reference and email address, select 'Go' and your booking summary will be displayed.

To proceed with your cancellation, select 'Cancel this booking' and then 'Submit'.

Shortly after confirming your cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email and text message.

Where you are due a refund, please allow up to 5 working days for the funds to clear in your account.
