Do I need to print my confirmation email?

For private transfers, you don’t need a printed confirmation. Just make sure you keep your confirmation email available at the time of your journey as it will contain important information on where to locate your driver. We will also send you an emergency contact number shortly before your pick-up.

If you have booked a bus or coach journey, you will be sent an e-ticket by e-mail. Please ensure that you have printed the attached e-ticket prior to your journey commencing. In the unlikely event that you haven't received your e-ticket by 24 hours prior to travel, please contact us on 0044 161 850 3290 (Monday-Sunday 24 hours) so that we can ensure your e-ticket is re-sent in time for you to print it off.
