When will I receive contact details for my driver or service provider?

Claire -

For bookings made 5 or more days in advance of your pick-up date, we will send you contact details for our service provider around 24 hours prior to your journey. For last minute bookings made within 5 days of your pick-up, these details will be included in your confirmation email.

We will also send you an emergency contact number for your driver via email and text message, either 10 minutes prior to your pick-up or once your flight has landed.
