I did not receive my confirmation email, how can I obtain it?

You should receive a confirmation email almost immediately, be sure to check your spam filter.

If your confirmation email has not arrived, please get in touch with us via our Contact us page.

If it is within 48 hours of your scheduled pick-up time, please contact us over the phone on 0044 161 850 3290 (Monday-Sunday 24 hours) so that we can ensure your confirmation e-mail is re-sent in time for your Rideways journey.
