Can I amend my booking?

Currently, it is not possible to amend your journey.

Should you wish to make any changes to your journey, such as the Pick-up or Drop-off Locations, dates, times or vehicle category, you would need to cancel your existing booking and make a new one. Please find a detailed explanation of our cancellation policies in our Terms and Conditions.                                                  

Should you wish to make changes to the passenger details, flight number or add additional comments for your driver, you would need to inform us via our Contact us page at least 2 working days before your journey.
