What is your cancellation policy?

If your plans change, you can cancel your trip free of charge from between 2 (two) and 24 (twenty four) hours before the scheduled pick-up time. This is dependant on the Transport Service Provider. You will be notified of the relevant cancellation policy during the booking process.

Cancellations outside of the free cancellation period (local time of your pick-up) will be non-refundable.

In the case of a ‘No Show’, the booking is non-refundable.

Where a refund is due, you will receive an email confirmation once this has been processed.
